-
Thursday morning Gentle Recovery Class
9 - 10.30am
By application only - please email or speak to Sarah. This is a class for those recovering from injury or surgery or with chronic conditions that could benefit with attention and slower work beyond that in a regular class, to change habits or to ease you back. It is intended as an extra to your regular class, or as a break from your regular class while you deal with your condition, rather than as a long-term alternative.
-
Thursday morning complete beginners
11am - 12.30pm
A class for you to start Iyengar yoga at the very beginning with time to establish the basics and practise them until they become more familiar. Susan Doyle is a recently qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and is looking forward to supporting beginners to begin their Iyengar yoga journey. Suitable for anyone who has never done yoga before and for those who have not done Iyengar yoga before. (Please get in touch beforehand if you have a medical condition - Iyengar yoga teachers are trained to accommodate many conditions in class with adaptations but in certain more serious cases you may need to need to work with a senior teacher.)
-
Friday morning Level 2

For students who have been attending regular Iyengar yoga classes for a number of years, are able to maintain a steady headstand and shoulder stand and who have an established practice, either with Sarah or other Iyengar yoga teachers. Please speak to Sarah if you would like to join this class
